Privacy notice

When you submit the training request form we collect the company name, your name, work email, phone number, team size, HRD Corp registration status, timeframe, the course you are interested in, the number of colleagues you indicate, and anything you write in the free-text field.

We also record which page you submitted from, the referring page, whether you were on a mobile or desktop device, any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, and a one-way hash of your IP address. The hash is used to detect duplicate and automated submissions; we do not store the address itself.

To respond to your enquiry, to prepare a quote, and to arrange the training. Your enquiry is passed to the trainer who would deliver it, so that they can scope and quote the work.

We do not sell your details, we do not share them with any other training provider, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Enquiries are stored in a database operated on our behalf by Supabase, hosted in India (ap-south-1). Email is delivered through Resend. Both are processors acting on our instructions.

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the engagement, and no longer than is reasonable for that purpose.

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, and ask us to stop processing it.

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and which lead to enquiries. It records page views and events, not the contents of the form.
