This is practical training, not PMP® certification
PMI requires 35 contact hours to sit the PMP® exam — that is 5 days. A three-day course delivers 21. We are not a PMI Authorized Training Partner and we do not prepare anyone for the exam. Here is how to tell which one you need.
Most people running projects here were never trained to
They were good engineers, good analysts, good account managers — and the reward for being good was a project. What follows is rarely a knowledge gap about methodology. It is that nobody showed them how to scope work that has not been defined yet, estimate it honestly, and push back on a stakeholder without damaging the relationship.
Sending one person on a public course does not fix that, because the vocabulary arrives back with one person and is gone within a month. Training the team together does, because everyone in the room has to keep using it on Monday.

What it costs, before you have to ask
Almost nobody in this market publishes a price. The largest direct competitor for this product shows none at all. Here are ours.

HRD Corp funding
Your levy is probably already paying for this
Employers with ten or more Malaysian employees pay 1% of monthly wages into the HRD Corp fund every month. Most have a balance sitting there right now.
What far fewer know: unutilised levy is forfeited after two years, and the forfeiture takes everything above RM10,000. A successful claim resets that clock, whatever its size.
