About

Who we are, and how we are paid

Both of those are worth knowing before you take advice from a website about buying training.

Project Management Training Malaysia arranges in-house project management training for Malaysian companies. You tell us what your team needs; we scope it, quote it, and arrange delivery with an experienced trainer at your premises.

We are part of Epic Buzz Sdn Bhd, which runs a number of Malaysian information sites. This one exists because project management training is a market where the buyer cannot get a straight answer to two simple questions — what does it cost, and is it claimable — and where the most common search term describes a product most buyers do not actually need.

How we are paid

We are paid a share of the fee when training we arrange is delivered. We are not paid by you on top of the training cost, and the day rates published on this site are what you pay.

The relevant consequence for you: we earn nothing if you go to a certification provider, a public course, or another training company — and we recommend all three on this site where they are the better answer. We would rather lose an enquiry that was never a fit than take one and disappoint it.

What we do not do

We do not deliver PMP® certification. We are not a PMI Authorized Training Partner and we do not prepare candidates for the exam. PMI requires 35 contact hours — five days — and our courses run two to three. We wrote the comparison rather than blur it.

We are not a directory. We do not list, rank or rate other training providers, and we do not publish claims about businesses we have not verified. Where a decision needs a list — for example, which providers are currently PMI Authorized Training Partners — we point at the body that maintains the authoritative one rather than assembling our own.

We do not sell your details. The information you give us is used to respond to your enquiry and arrange training, and goes to the trainer who would deliver it. Nowhere else.

Why we publish prices

Because almost nobody in this market does, and the absence is the single most common complaint from people trying to get training approved internally. A buyer who cannot estimate a cost cannot get permission to start the conversation.

Publishing them costs us the enquiries from people for whom the number was never going to work, which is a trade we are happy with.
